Fall Accessory Crush: Monica Vinader

Lately, I have been absolutely crushing on gold jewelry, something that never goes out of style. Elegant, refined, and the perfect accessories, I’ve found these pieces to be absolutely timeless. Whether I’m dressed to the nines or going for a more slouchy look I will always be wearing my jewelry.

I have recently been loving these pieces from Monica Vinader and let me tell you.. this is no ordinary jewelry brand! Monica Vinader uses recycled gold vermeil + sterling silver to create their handcrafted pieces, which reduces the CO2 emissions of the process by over 60%. They are also members of the Responsible Jewellery Council, meaning they practice + preach fair and equal human labor rights to create a more responsible and sustainable supply chain. The best part? Vermeil is a blend of high quality, precious metal, without the sky-high price tag. Monica Vinader uses a sterling silver base with a thick layer of 18ct gold layered on top to get the best looking gold jewelry for a pretty great price.

When you feel good about where you’re buying from, the pieces really stand out in your jewelry box. I am so excited to partner with Monica Vinader to create a curated collection on their site with my favorite pieces for Fall! I am so happy to be sharing this brand with you all, I think you’ll love the designs and I can assure you they look great on!

I just love wearing gold in the fall because it matches the changing leaves and also brings some warmer colors to the colder days. Current faves have to be the Doina Heirloom Necklace and the Disco Hoops, all sizes! I've never styled my earrings like this before with the cascading sizes of hoops but I definitely will be doing this again (and again).

You can check out the collection here!  And even better, I scored an exclusive 20% off code for you! Enter TEZZA20 at check out 💖

Sending warm wishes for fall,

My Camera Gear

Hi guys! Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this strange time!

I don't know if you've seen but I've been giving daily photography tips on my Instagram while we are all stuck indoors. It's such a great time to get a little experimental and maybe master some of those photography skills you've been wanting to try!

I wanted to share all of my photography equipment with you all, so check out the slideshow below and pick what's best for you! We use a Canon camera, so our gear is all Canon, but if you're using any other brand of camera or lenses, you can just get the same sort of lens from your preferred brand for a similar outcome.

Wishing you all a safe quarantine and some good times!

On Trend: Belted Blazers

Winter, spring, summer, or fall, blazers are in style for all! With so many different ways to style a blazer, one of my current favorites that I'm seeing all over is the belted blazer look. You can look sophisticated and sexy by cinching your waist and adding shape to your silhouette.

This winter we've seen plenty of full suited looks with an added belt, giving you a chance to mix in some metal with the buckle or break up the outfit with some color and texture from the belt! If you're feeling funky, opt for a belt bag instead of a simple belt and you're in business. Looking forward to spring, pair your belted blazer with some cropped denim or flowy skirts.

Once the summer is in full swing, grab an oversized blazer and sport it as a dress to free up your legs. This look is so killer, it can be casual or dressy depending on the style and color of blazer you go with. One of my go to looks for brunch with friends to a quick coffee meeting is to rock my favorite pari of denim, throw on a blazer, belt it and YOU DONE!

For the fall, where you slowly start layering up again in preparation for the winter. What about a turtle neck under the belted blazer dress with some added tights and chunky boots? I'm in.

Lucky for us, brands have caught wind of this trend and started making their own ready-to-wear pieces with the belt included. Check out a few great pieces below and get shopping!

Bodysuit Bliss

Bodysuits have been in style for gymnasts and ballerinas for quite some time, but now we're seeing them on runways and stars galore thanks to their figure-flaunting silhouettes and fuss-free tucking. If you're looking to layer your look without adding too much fabric and bulging, a bodysuit may be your saving grace. They're great for every occasion, you can dress it down with jeans and a loose flannel or you can go all out and add a cute miniskirt.

There are so many different body suits available, you really can go in any direction! Backless and strappy for a more sexy look, or looser fit with bell-sleeves for a more everyday look. The possibilities are endless. A bodysuit is also a great alternative to a visible bra, allowing you to wear those loose and flouncy tops without worrying about showing too much.

What's your favorite bodysuit look?

A Blue Moment - NYFW Street Style

NYFW is coming to an end and it's definitely bittersweet. Yes, it means less craziness and stress, but I do love seeing all of the incredible designs and getting inspired on the daily. The good news is we get to do it all again in six months!

A popular trend we're seeing all over the runways this season is lots of monochromatic sets. From Longchamp to Sally Lapointe, monochromatic looks + great trousers dominated the collections. I'm such a sucker for this style and was so happy to see it coming into focus. Using different shades and tones of one color can give great variation to a single-color look, keeping you well balanced without being bland. This season I really felt more than ever that the runway was full of a lot more wearable pieces. I am extra as you all know so I usually crush hard on the non wearable pieces, but I was happy to see it.

Other trends that caught my eye this season:
-Big sleeves with lots of shape
-90's throwback moments with spaghetti straps and school girl socks and skirts
-Incredible blazers lots of attention to detail
-Lots of cool cut outs showing up in pants and dresses
-Colors that caught my eye: chocolate brown, pea green, classic blue.

What were some of your favorite looks from NYFW?

Outfits of Miami

Hey kids! I just took a quick trip down to Miami to get some warmth in my life, New York City is just too cold right now... Such good vibes down there with the sun, sand, and all the beautiful buildings, got some much needed inspo!

I wanted to share my outfits from the trip, so check out the links below to get the look for yourself ;)

Cutest little flirty top, perfect for the Miami vibes! Loving the fun prints lately..

One of my new favorite swimsuits, the top has a really flattering shape and I'm loving the high waisted bottoms lately.

Tie-Dye is having a moment right now and Prada definitely got it right.

These jeans are a perfect wash and of course I'm always a huge fan of Levi's.. they just nail the fit! This particular pair runs a bit big so if you want a slimmer fit, I recommend going down a size.

80s vibes with this perfect printed button up over my zebra bikini, mix the prints!

Don't know if you saw the Fall 2020 Menswear Jacquemus show- but lots of knits and neutrals on the runway.

Honestly just a great, pink towel for beach days and cute in photos! Does this count as an outfit 🙈

Hope you love!

Favorite Gold Hoops

Chunky gold hoops go with absolutely everything and they're always great to elevate an outfit with minimal effort. I've been loving these pairs and thought you might too!

I love how many different styles you can find, some bedazzled, some plain, and some with more intricate designs. You can always find a way to work in a gold hoop.

These hoops range in price but I always think it's a good idea to invest in a great pair-- you'll take good care of them, wear them every day, and you can be sure they won't hurt your ears. Hope there's something here for you!
