Had the most delicious dine in last night with my sweet boy at the newest mexican restaurant in SLC called ALAMEXO. And let me tell you, my mouth is still watering! The guacamole is made right in front of you, beyond fresh, the menu is unique, and the meal ends with some house made churros, I mean come on, PERFECT. I ordered the Salmon Manchamanteles

Slow cooked salmon filet with crispy bananas, pineapple pico de gallo & mole manchamanteles... no words, Cole had Enchiladas barbacoa de res

Pulled beef short ribs, rajas & wild mushrooms, baked in chile puya salsa, topped with julienned lettuce, queso fresco, white onion, crema & cilantro.

 I cannot wait to go back!
